Fall Ballers 21, The Grinders 1

Grinders
The season came to a close with the Grinders going down swinging scoring 7 in the bottom of the 7th but fell short of the lead that the Fall Ballers had built. Hitting leaders for the Grinders were Terry Patterson 3/3, Bob Collins and Bill Trego 3/4, Dave Kunst, Paul Wesolowski and Jim Vanbrandt were all 2/4. It was a beautiful Fall Ball season weather wise but thankfully the Grinders have the offseason to recuperate from the beatings you bullies put on us. LOL. Congrats on winning the league Fall Ballers.

Fall Ballers
The Ballers held on to protect a big lead, Leading 21-8 the Grinders kept chipping away in the 7th to score 8 runs. The Ballers defense Perry Chillus and Kyle Green made several outstanding ( Sport Center # 1s) plays on Defense. Kyle Green 3/4 OTFHR, Perry Chillus, Keith Dunbar, Mike Strobel,Gary Gardner, Jim Elchert and Ted Theaker all with 3 hits. Thanks to all of the team for an exciting season and great sportsmanship by all . This team just never quit or never got down . Always positive comments to one another, Thats what makes a team!
