Sidelines/Bullmoose 65's win SPA Nationals
COLUMBUS, OHIO - The Sidelines/Bull Moose 65 AAA team won the "Heart of Ohio" National Qualifier in Columbus, Ohio, May 10-12, 2018.
Pitcher Jerry Edmondson, Murray Dennison, Gary Beale and Tim Wilde set the pace with excellent defense and offensively
the team was led by Rick Stager, .903 BA, Granville Smith, Rich Knapp and Murray Dennison.
By winning this tournament the team qualifies for the World tournament in Dalton, Georgia.

Sidelines/Bull Moose 65's qualify for World
Tournament with 5-2 record at Columbus
On May 10-12 Sidelines/Bull Moose 65 AAA team traveled to Columbus, Ohio to compete in The Heart of Ohio National Qualifier tournament. Sidelines/Bull Moose finished in First place with a 5-2 record qualifying for the World tournament in Dalton,Georgia in September.
Sidelines/Bull Moose started off the day beating The Dayton Legends 15-4, Lost to DeClaire, a Major team 25-21, then won the final game of the day by beating the Steel Dawgs 19-18.
Sidelines/Bull Moose started off the second day beating DeClaire, a Major team, 24-16 and the Steel Dawgs 14-11. With these two wins Sidelines/Bull Moose moved to the finals of the winners bracket.
CHAMPIONSHIP DAY!
Sidelines/Bull Moose lost the first game to the Steel Dawgs 14-9 and then bounced back defeating the Dawgs
25-12 to win the "Heart of Ohio" SPA NIT tournament and a bid to the World Series in Dalton, Georgia in September.
