Jay Schramm
Head Coach

Jay Schramm retired from the Toledo Police Dept. in 2009 while serving in various capacities, most notably as an Auto Squad Detective. He graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. He now works in conjunction with his business partner Chris Gill, operating Glass City Investigations. Jay has worked on the Board of Directors since 2008 in a variety of capacities including Player Assessment, Vice-president, and President. Jay stepped down this year to concentrate on his favorite pastime, the Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Team Event. His wife Vicki helps out with the cookout and the Warriors Event.

Allshred Services reached their goal of playing in the World Championships in 2015 and held their own in some tight contests. With a balanced lineup and power hitters John Johnson, Tom Duhart, Rick Hendee, and Jay Schramm the team has no trouble in putting up runs. They bring a speedy outfield along with a balanced pitching duo of Ron Fox and Roger Hernandez. All-Star Outfielder Gary "Spiderman" Beale continues to play at a intense pace robbing hitters of potential hits. The true strength of the team lies in their camaraderie with each other. They continue to unselfishly share playing time with each other. New additions in Doug Meeks, Bruce Klostermeier, and slick fielding Jon Labaeu will help raise the bar of this ball clubs ultimate goal of winning a world championship.
