Detroit Connection 60's team wins the Smokey Mtn. Senior Classic!

The Detroit Connection 60's won the prestigious 2022 Great Smoky Mountain Senior Classic in Knoxville TN June 3-5 going a perfect 7-0 versus top competition over a 10-state area consisting of 23 teams. Archie Archibeque was tournament MVP. 20 runs a game combined with the best overall defense in the tournament were the keys to victory. The Northern Nationals were held August 19-21, 2022. Crawford Contractors won the 50 AAA Tournament with a 5-0 record.

BARBERTON, OHIO - The Sylvania Sidelines '65 tournament team finished with a 4-2 record in Thee Buckeye Classic Tournament, June 30-July 1, 2022. DC CONNECTIONS 60's AAA team, with ten Sylvania Senior Softball players on the roster, bounced back through the loser's bracket to defeat Michigan's Alvanche twice in the finals to win the SPA Great Lakes Championship.
