SSS players win gold medals
at 2017 Huntsman Sr. games

ST. GEORGE, UTAH - Six SSS players joined the Simon Electric Co. team, Milwaukee, Wis., to play in the Class AA Huntsman Senior Games. Back row, from
left: 3rd-Gary Meyer, 6th- Bruce Anderson, far right, Dan Schlembaker. Front row, from left: Richard Block, James Burnor and 4th, John Radscheid. In the bottom of the 7th, one out, down a run,
bases loaded, Gary Meyer lined a shot off the left field fence, scoring two runs to win 18-17 and strike gold. Simon's finished with a 4-1 record.

ST. GEORGE, UTAH - Gold medalists Bruce Anderson, back row, third from the right, and Jim Burnor, first, front row, won gold metals with the 75's Simon Electric Co. team, Milwaukee, Wis. The SSS players also won gold with the 70's Simon team and a bronze with the Sidelines Sports Bar 65's.

The award was presented by CEO Kyle Case, left, and John Morgan, Jr., right, President and Founder of the Huntsman games. Mr. Morgan turned 91 on 10/12/17. Founded in 1987- it's an international
Sports Event for men and women, 55 & up. In 1987, Jon M. Huntsman became the games principal sponsor. Anderson was a co-founder of the Sylvania Senior League, established in 2008.
Dunlavy wins silver medal at St. George!

that won the silver medal in the 74+ A division at the 2019 Senior Huntsman
Games in St. George, Utah. Jim played right center field and hit .660.
Huntsman Award Ceremony
ST. GEORGE, UTAH - Jim Burnor, center, was awarded a ring and special recognition for his 15-year participation in the Huntsmen World Senior Games. The award was presented by CEO Kyle Case, left, and John Morgan, Jr., right, President and Founderof the Huntsmen Games. Burnor joined the SSS league in 2008. He played baseball for Xavier College, and was invited to tryouts with the Detroit Tigers.
